How to read this table
- Self-pay only. These prices are for people paying without insurance through LillyDirect or NovoCare. With insurance, check your plan and any savings card first.
- Refill timing matters. For some doses, the lower price applies only if you refill within 45 days of your last fill.
- A "month" differs: Zepbound counts 4 weekly doses (28 days); the pills count 30 tablets.
- Not listed: compounded products, which are not FDA-approved, and diabetes-only brands.
- Prices change. Always confirm on the official page before you order: Zepbound, Wegovy and Wegovy pill, Foundayo.
